Dear Parents, 

Welcome to a new school year!! We are excited to get to know your child and have fun together while working hard on individual fitness development.

The mission of the San Felipe Memorial Middle School Physical Education Department is to create in our students the desire and aptitude to achieve a healthy lifestyle in which regular exercise and healthy choices become an integral part.  This will be achieved through dynamic, innovative, and consistent lessons that offer a wide variety of learning opportunities for our students.

Our program is designed to motivate students by providing activities at all levels in which students can experience success.  We believe when a child feels good about his or her development and has a good self-concept, then he or she will be more inclined to perform better in the classroom and in all other phases of life.
