Welcome to the SFDRCISD Early Childhood Program.

The San Felipe Del Rio Consolidated Independent School District is the grantee for the Head Start Program/Early Childhood Program in Val Verde County. This arrangement has been the vehicle to provide meaningful and comprehensive services in a collaborative and cost effective manner. The San Felipe Del Rio Early Childhood Program is the largest agency in our community providing comprehensive services to disadvantaged children and their families through Head Start, Title I, and state PK programs.

The philosophy of the Del Rio Early Childhood Program is to provide children and their families with opportunities and support in achieving lifelong growth and change through their individual strengths, needs, and interests.
