Safeguard the health and well being of Del Rio’s children by providing nutritionally balanced meals each school day and ensuring that participating children gain a full understanding of the relationship between proper eating and good health.
Goals:
Serve all participating community children nutritious, flavorful, balanced meals at the lowest possible price.
Expand the education of Del Rio’s children in the areas of food, nutrition, and healthy lifestyles.
